KF Champion for Change Award II (2022 – 2023)

The second round of the Award scheme is “Ageing Well, Dying Well”. The objective is to identify champions and new initiatives in the elderly service sector to address emerging social care needs and attempt to create a ripple effect in elderly service through champions to their agencies. This time, seven champions will receive cash award to pilot on service ideas that facilitate older adults to age well at different stages of ageing, and provide timely support to their family carers.
