Modernisation process and national cultural homogenisation policy erodes the core value of Dong ethnic and causes destruction to village environment and livelihood. This project aims to strengthen coping capacity to external challenges through building mechanisms on environment protection, fostering Dong self-help groups among women and neighbours and reinforcing ethnic values in villages.
