Because of the extreme plateau climate, lifestyle and food culture, endemic disease is popular in pastoral areas. This project aims to raise the public awareness on disease, connect villagers with medical resources and develop a family-based mutual support network.

高原地區極端差異的天氣，影響牧民的生活方式和飲食習慣；他們普遍患有高血壓、心臟病和關節炎等疾病。本項目旨在提高牧民對相關疾病的認識，社工亦為他們連結不同的醫療資源及建立以家庭為本的互助支援網絡。
