Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, Hong Kong Polytechnic University - Love without Borders: A Sustainable Community Rehabilitation Programme in Rural Areas of China
This project aims to promote a sustainable community rehabilitation model in rural China in order to support persons with disabilities to have better quality of life. The project will work with five local universities to enhance training and practice of community rehabilitation such that it will become sustainable.
