This is a rural social work project located in an ethnic minority village in lu Quan County, Yunnan. The team encourages and mentors the villagers to develop their ideas about livelihood, cultural heritage and environment preservation and urban-rural coordination. The project experience will be consolidated and develop a practice model for other rural communities.
