Chongqing Normal University - Building a System of Care for Children With Parents Unable to Fulfill Legal Child-Rearing Responsibilities

Due to absence of parental role and lack of emotional support, children with parents unable to fulfill legal child-rearing responsibilities, are often suffered from inadequate family care, education, neglect and abuse.  This project aims to build a system of care through enhancing their psychological resilience, survival and social adaptability, and strengthening the capacity of care of caregivers.
