Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Hong Kong was founded in 1989 as Wishing Well, under the administration of the Keswick Foundation. In 1998 it changed its name on becoming an affiliate of Make-A-Wish Foundation® International, which has its headquarters in the USA. Make-A-Wish Foundation®'s aim is to grant one special wish to children who are suffering from a serious or life threatening illness. Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Hong Kong is a charitable organisation made up of dedicated professionals and volunteers. Make-A-Wish Foundation has granted many wishes, these include trip to Disneyland, meeting with favourable idol, computer and even publishing a book.
